To allow a site to use "pop ups" you must allow it to bypass the pop-up blocker.

For Internet Explorer:

1. Click Tools and choose Internet Option

2. Click the Privacy tab

3. Under "Pop-up Blocker" hit the Settings button

4. Type "www.streamaudio.com" and click Add

5. Click Close and then OK
